Patti Smith, Salman Rushdie, Judy Blume, and a wide variety of writers offer advice on living a creative life. You’ll get a quick glimpse of the rituals, distractions, and lessons they’ve learned from years of practice.

Whether you’re making art, making dinner, or making money, following ideas from hunch to fruition requires a strategy. A variety of writers share their rituals, guilty pleasures, and what’s helped them turn the urge to create into the discipline to do it.

10-Minute Writer's Workshop is a podcast hosted by Virginia Prescott and distributed by New Hampshire Public Radio. For more information, or to suggest future authors, contact Maureen McMurray at mmcmurray@nhpr.org
