Summary: Carmen Delzell talks about what her life is like living in Mexico, how she's happier than ever, but in ways she never imagined. This essay was recorded in 1998, but it's an evergreen piece.
Lovely piece, and easy to relate to, too. I did find it unusual to hear Mexico referred to as third world. Perhaps that's a relic from the 90's, I'm not sure.
