Planet Watch Radio explores big solutions to global problems like climate change and extinction, from green tech to bioremediation, from solar energy to polar exploration, plus fun tidbits on astronomy, weather, earth and sky phenomena, and "cosmic relief". With co-hosts Rachel Anne Goodman and Joe Jordan.

Planet Watch, a weekly series exploring scientific solutions to some of the more globally challenging problems such as climate change and pollution. From green tech to low tech, from solar power to glacier studies, we interview scientists who are working to learn what can be done to respond. Can science help undo some of the worst damage caused by humans? Are some responses too risky? What are we learning about our changing planet that can help us adapt to what's coming? Each week we interview scientists and give the latest in planetary news, plus a look at earth and sky phenomena and everyday science party tricks you can use to show your smarts. Hosted by former NASA engineer, Joe Jordan and long time radio host and indie producer, Rachel Anne Goodman.
